Senior consultant

Needs tedious information gathering removed so more time can go toward technical analysis and decision-making.

Associate consultant

Needs guided experience that reduces guesswork while preparing assessments, and roadmaps.

Five 30-60 minute interviews captured pain points across delivery and leadership roles.

The product needed to serve experts without leaving junior consultants alone in an open-ended process.

Information Architecture

The scope included the workshop list, CRUD workflows, a dashboard, and a controls table under Zero Trust and Exchange authentication constraints.

The stakeholder reviewed sitemap connected the workshop list to dashboards and related assessment views.

Mockups & System

Make security maturity readable, not merely available.

Explorations tested chart types, application shell treatments, and ways to express Zero Trust maturity.

The design system documented typography, color and reusable interface rules.
